No. Despite the name, the course is designed for recently certified Open Water divers. It’s about progression and experience, not expertise. Many divers take it shortly after completing Open Water.

You’ll complete five Adventure Dives, including:

No traditional exam. Knowledge development is completed through short theory briefings and reviews linked to each dive. Assessment is practical and performance-based, focused on safe execution rather than written testing.
